2. What to See at WESEMIBAY 2026

The expo covers four major sections — wafer manufacturing, compound semiconductors, IC design / AI infrastructure, and advanced packaging — and its exhibits extend from equipment and materials all the way to core components such as valves, pumps and vacuum systems, with more than 30 forums and new-product launches held in parallel[1]. For teams advancing the domestic substitution of equipment and components, the value is simple: samples that used to be scattered across different suppliers can be compared side by side, in the same place and at the same time.

3. Highlights at Booth 1J05 in Hall 1

At this booth you can see the full "electricity-to-sound" chain of megasonic cleaning. Megasonic cleaning does not rely on violent cavitation; instead it uses high-frequency waves on the order of 1 MHz to generate acoustic streaming and nanoscale cavitation in the liquid, lifting sub-micron to nanoscale particles off the surface. That is why frequency and power stability matter more than peak power.

Three groups of components are worth a closer look on site:

Megasonic generators: constant power output, real-time frequency tracking (PLL dynamic closed loop) and sweep-frequency drive, which address power drift and resonance-point shift caused by changes in liquid level, liquid temperature and load impedance;

Megasonic transducers: transducer carriers can be made of PEEK, quartz or sapphire single crystal to suit different cleaning chemistries and substrates;

Multi-form megasonic modules and multi-frequency ultrasonic plates: megasonic modules come in four forms — tank-type, nozzle-type, bonded-type and water-curtain type — while multi-frequency ultrasonic generators and plates support 40–170 kHz with 2 / 3 / 4 selectable frequencies.

Module form

Frequency

Power

Typical use

Tank-type megasonic

1 MHz

800 W / 1200 W

Tank tools, batch immersion

Nozzle-type megasonic

1 MHz

up to 60 W

Inline, localized directed jet

Bonded-type megasonic

1 MHz

up to 250 W

Transducer close to the workpiece, more uniform field

Water-curtain megasonic

1 MHz

up to 600 W per section

Panels, sapphire wafers, optical components

Specific models and power ratings can be discussed on site according to wafer size (6 / 8 / 12 inch) and tool integration requirements.

4. About HaKeDi and XCN

HaKeDi was incubated and established by Shenzhen XCN Environmental Protection Industry Co., Ltd., and is the latter's dedicated venture in semiconductor precision cleaning. HaKeDi has operated as an independent registered company since November 2024, focusing on the R&D, manufacturing and sales of megasonic and multi-frequency ultrasonic key modules, generators and transducers. At this expo, both companies receive visitors at Booth 1J05 in Hall 1.

On R&D, HaKeDi works with Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen) on a Shenzhen key technology research project under the "open-call" (Jie Bang Gua Shuai) program, completing lab validation and prototyping of core megasonic technology. In October 2025, its first megasonic generator and multiple transducer series passed prototype validation and reached semiconductor-grade application standards, and from 2026 it entered supply-chain validation with several mainstream semiconductor equipment makers[3]. Product and technical information is available at the HaKeDi official website.

5. Pre-registration and Getting There

Pre-registration: Admission is free, but online real-name pre-registration is required and there is no on-site ticket window. Register through the "Visitor Registration" entry on the WESEMIBAY official website (www.wesemibay.com), the WESEMIBAY WeChat official account, or the WESEMIBAY mini-program; all three channels share the same data[1].

Admission: Enter by verifying the electronic QR code generated after pre-registration or your original ID card; passes are valid only for the registered person.

Transport: Take Metro Line 1 / Line 4 to "Convention & Exhibition Center" station and walk to the venue; the address is No. 111 Fuhua 3rd Road, Futian District, Shenzhen. Traffic control may apply around the venue during the expo, so public transport is recommended.

6. FAQ
